Principal Duties

Originate mortgage loan applications and prepare the loan package.
Determine a consumer’s needs and offer the appropriate product.

Provide consumers with a superior level of customer service.

Capital Lending has No monthly minimum personal production goals.

Requirements

Strong communication skills both verbal and written are REQUIRED.
A strong sense of responsibility for completing work quickly and accurately.
Detail-orientation with efficient focus on work activities.

Ability to delegate in a positive style with thorough follow up skills.
Basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Licensing & Special Requirements

Valid NMLS license.

Mortgage Processor  Join The Team at Capital Lending Inc

Seeking a Mortgage Processor who is familiar with Conventional and FHA loan products and guidelines.

The Processor works closely with the Loan Officer, Borrower, Real Estate Agents, and Underwriters to gather documentation and ensure loans are taken from the application to closing in a timely fashion.

This is a Team-Work environment.

Must have experience processing

Conventional & FHA loan programs.
Experience with VA, USDA and FHA 203k helpful.

Must maintain a high level of productivity while not sacrificing quality.
Ability to prioritize work-load.
Maintain customer service levels and loan integrity.

Must have current knowledge of RESPA and TILA guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
